Crisis Support & Aftercare:
  • We provide 24/7 crisis intervention for acute psychiatric needs. Stabilization and emergency coordination services are available. We also develop step-down plans to ensure continuity of care.

Medication Management Program:
  • Nurse-conducted evaluation 
  • Monthly Medication reviews
  • Client education on medical usage 
  • staff trained in self-administration support
Admission & Eligibility:
  • Adults 18+ with behavioral health needs
  • Accepts AHCCCS & AIHP
  • Self and provider referral accepted
Documents needed:
  • Valid ID
  • AHCCCS ID, Tribal enrollment(if applicable)
  • Proof of residency and consent forms
